Refund policy


VAYROSTYLE

This policy establishes clear rules regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and orders placed under promotional offers, including Buy 1, Get More promotions. Its purpose is to ensure transparency, consistency, and a seamless experience.


1. RETURN REQUEST TIMEFRAME

Customers have 60 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return, exchange, or report an issue.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused;

  • Be in perfect condition, free of damage or signs of wear;

  • Include original packaging and accessories.

Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


2. PROMOTIONAL ORDERS (BUY 1, GET MORE)

In promotions such as Buy 1, Get 1 or Buy 1, Get More:

  • Only one item is paid for;

  • Additional items are provided as a complimentary benefit and do not carry individual commercial value.

Promotional Order Rules

  • Warranty applies exclusively to the paid item;

  • Complimentary items are not eligible for individual refunds or exchanges;

  • For a full refund or store credit, all items must be returned together;

  • Partial returns are not eligible for refunds or store credit;

  • Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different color or variant, subject to availability;

  • No additional items will be sent beyond the original paid item.


3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

3.1 DEFECT IN THE PAID ITEM

If the paid item is confirmed defective:

  • A replacement of the same product will be provided at no cost;

  • Alternatively, Vayrostyle may offer:

    • A refund corresponding to the paid item; or

    • Store credit of equal value.

Only one replacement is permitted per order.


3.2 DEFECT IN COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS

If a defect occurs in a complimentary item:

  • There is no obligation to replace, refund, or resend;

  • These items do not carry individual warranty coverage;

  • Any resolution will be evaluated at Vayrostyle’s discretion.

Approved solutions in such cases are considered goodwill gestures and do not establish precedent.


4. EXCHANGES DUE TO PERSONAL PREFERENCE

Returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind;

  • Personal preference;

  • Expectations not met;

Do not apply to promotional orders.

In such cases:

  • Complimentary items cannot be retained;

  • Refunds (full or partial) will not be issued;


5. REFUNDS

When applicable:

  • Refunds apply only to the paid item;

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable;

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.


6. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs;

  • Prepaid labels are not provided;

  • Returns must include valid tracking information.


7. REPLACEMENT LIMITATIONS

  • Only one replacement item will be issued per order;

  • Complimentary items do not qualify for additional shipments.


8. ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTIONS

In select cases, Vayrostyle may offer alternative solutions, such as:

  • Sending a different item at no additional cost;

  • Allowing the customer to keep the original item without return.

These options:

  • Do not guarantee a refund;

  • Do not imply product defect;

  • Are limited to one resolution per order.

Acceptance of such solutions is considered final.
